The art of juggling.

Constantly chasing your tail?
Getting confused with what needs attention?
Which means your attention wanders.
Which means you lose enthusiasm.
You feel hemmed in.
Which means you fall behind on all fronts.
Which means you give up3.
Signs You are unsuccessfully juggling
- You feel sick every time you switch on your computer. You stare at the screen waiting for it to magically provide the direction you need.
- You cannot keep details in your head.
3. You feel the walls closing in. You want to run away.
- You end up snapping.
- You feel guilty.
- You feel embarrassed maybe even ashamed.
It is possible with practice and gentleness to focus on less and get more done on each.
Every time you decide to press on with work you know is going to turn your brain to mush is when you should pull back.
What would it be like to see the main priorities for each day rising from the midst of t he ‘to do’ swamp we are all so fond of?:
Start by asking ‘What is it I REALLY need to do?’
Notice the voice that is telling you off for all the things you are not doing.
Sometimes that voice is really helpful; – it helps us get to the line with all the things we have forgotten but really need to get done.
Other times it interferes with our natural rhythm and stops us wanting to work.
Being able to tell the difference is everything!
