Many of us struggle with our phones sometimes
Lots of us get easily caught up in the world wind of argument very easily.
Nowhere does this happen more than on line.
People talk about needing social media detoxes and absence from their phones.
And it’s completely understandable.
Our phones have become the gateway for far too much of our lives and the filters do not work.
So here’s some signs you are overusing your phone- signs you need to get some distance from peering at the screen.
- Your stomach clenches when you pick up your phone. This is a sign you are dreading what you will meet there.
- You get palpitations when you hear a notification. This is a sign of fear.
- Your neck gets tense while you are reading your phone. You have overconsumed information and need time to declutter your mind.
- Your chest being filled with anger. You are reacting to the binary nature of online behaviour and are likely to do/say something you regret.
- Continually picking up your phone whilst feeling restless. You are over relying on consuming your phone.
