Behaviour is the way we conduct ourselves in the workplace. To set the agenda so that people listen deeply, consider the opinions and emotions of those they are communicating with, then act in accordance with a moral and ethical conscience helps create a productive, loyal and reflective educational setting. In this way students, staff, SLT and Headteachers will be able to flourish. This opinion in sometimes perceived to be naive and unworkable but checking in with our core values is the basis for this action.
